User-Submitted Designs: When you upload logos, graphics, or designs for custom team kits, you warrant that you own the rights to these materials or have obtained explicit permission from the trademark holders to use them. Custom Team Kit assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringements resulting from user-submitted artwork.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Return or replacement accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom-Made Products: Due to the highly personalized nature of customized teamwear and club jerseys, custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error on our part. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless it's due to our mistake.
4. Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide to ensure your teams and clubs arrive fully equipped for the riding season. Our primary logistics partners include DHL, FedEx, and UPS for premium, reliable express courier services.
Turnaround & Delivery Times: Orders for custom teamwear are processed and manufactured seamlessly within our promised dynamic timeline. Once production is completed, standard international express delivery typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive at your US or European location. Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on total package weight and final destination.
